However, at 1:06pm on the same day, the branch called to say they could not provide a car. This was extremely stressful as I had important commitments, including collecting my son from school, attending a doctor’s appointment, and going to work for a night shift. Being informed at the last minute left me with no time to make alternative arrangements. I asked if there were any other options available and even offered to pay more for a different vehicle, but no solution was provided. What made it more frustrating is that the website still showed cars as available at that time. When I questioned this, I did not receive a clear explanation. I also asked if nearby branches had availability, but I was told no, without any effort to assist further. I have raised a complaint with head office but have not received a response so far. Overall, this was a very poor and stressful experience, and I would not recommend this branch based on how my situation was handled my ref no:1797599985
